Joey Lamielle picked a great time to get back to his winning ways on the West Florida Golf Tour. His 2 day total of (-7) 137 at Misty Creek on the Tour's first multiple day event, won him the first place winners check of $2,500 and vaulted him to the top of the Tours money list. Finishing second behind Lamielle was Mathew Galloway who finished with a (-6) 138 total, followed by fourth place finisher Brad Klapprott and his (-5) 139. Rounding out the top five with (-2) 142 totals were Zoltan Veress, Roger Hebert and host playing professional Brian Ward.
The WFGT would like to once again thanks Jex Wilson and the rest of his staff for putting on a very well run event. The course was in fantastic shape and really showcased the difficulty of what is a very good layout.
